I've got nothing against Mac users
only snobbish Mac users. They're in the same pit as raving Linux zealots and people who yammer on about how great Windows is without ever having used anything else. And people who put "Best viewed in IE" on their websites.

yeah, because windows is sooooo much better... pffft.
Note: Not a mac, windows or linux user, so thats an impartial opinion :)
Mind you, MacOS X is a lot nicer than any of the previous versions. Up to and including 9.x, MacOS was the biggest pile of shit in the world, ever. 100% FACT

Be honist, the only reason you use the Amiga
is so you can play that game, where your an egg, and you walk around, doing stuff. It might be called "Eggs Adventure" or something like that.

never heard of it.
I don't play games on it much though, mostly use it for programming, IRC, email, web browsing, music composition, graphics and web development.

When was the last update for it?
Only amiga I had was the 5200 (or something like that), and I loved it.
I got it instead of consols, and managed to get all the snes games before my mates on there snes. Had Street Fighter 2 for a good year before it came out. Only problem was that it was like 5 disks.
Does it actualy work in a practical sence in modern times? What kindda programing do you do on it?....

You mean the Amiga 500?
The most recent update of the Amiga operating system was 3.9, which came out around 1999, I think. AmigaOS 4 is due early next year, to run on the new PowerPC G4 Amigas. If you'd like to see this for yourself, come along to this show.
It works very well in a practical sense. This is what a modern Amiga workbench looks like.

That looks quite cool,
I think i'll look it up and see more.
It looks like a cross between OSX and some kind of 'nix.
