It's fantastic.

I had no touble
at immigration and customs at all - mainly because I had no suspiscious looking bags. No bags at all in fact.
British Airways had to reroute my journey through Los Angeles, but thought it best if my luggage stayed at Heathrow. I did get it eventually.
