Hmm?Do you mean actions?
I don't know how to make an action work on multiple layers, unless they are specific layers, in which case I still have to click on each layer in order to put it into the action. I wish I could write a little program that says 'select next layer, filter, repeat' but that doesn't seem to be possible.
