Mrs Raff and I got married on the Great Britain last year.
Brunel (or at least a lifesize Brunel mannequin) appears in some of our wedding photies - hurrah!

ceremony on the promenade deck at 4:30, food & speeches in the dining saloon at 7:00, dancing & drinking in the boiler room (now a dance floor) until midnight. 'twas fantastic!

My family are all nautical and were in the ship repairing and engineering line. I'm kind of still in that with a private project and am in the construction industry myself ( but been tring to retire for 5 bloody years ).

Engineering is the bollocks!
