[challenge entry] Ok, here we go, last of my icons for now (unless I get a flash of 'Oooh, must try that!'
here we go last of my icons for now (unless I get a flash of 'Oooh must try that!'Firstly the requests:

= Lemming

= 'Cute' Ghosty

= JetSetWilly altho this one is a cheat as he is too tall so the hat would have to be a seperate hat (as it is here) otherwise it's just a pixel bloke

= My last attempt at getting VINCENT right had to remove his gyros and squash him in a bit but not bad...

And may as well repost the others I did today:

= Magnet

= Zebedee

= Pretty flower

= Have a b3ta day

And yesterday:

= Transformers

= Hello Kitty

= Heil Kitler

= Pirate Sword

= B3ta onscreen

Aaaaand I reckon I'm prolly done for now so get voting if you want Rob to use any of 'em. Cheers!

# Lemming is really cool
shame you can't have animated icons - it would look rather swell tapping his foot and looking side to side

nice work
(, Thu 22 Nov 2007, 14:16, archived)
# a whole page of animated icons
might get on your nerves
(, Thu 22 Nov 2007, 14:18, archived)
# good point
the page would end up looking like an early 90's homepage
(, Thu 22 Nov 2007, 14:23, archived)
# I thought that
A LOT of the original Lemmings look is to do with the colours and animation, so it's rather tricky to capture the character of one without either!

Still, that's the challenge, isn't it?
(, Thu 22 Nov 2007, 14:18, archived)
# hehe!
I like the ghost.
The magnet would inspire some amusing hats too, I'm sure.
(, Thu 22 Nov 2007, 14:18, archived)
# I did consider that when making these
I'm sure lotsa fun animated hats could be achieved I think I'd rather enjoy doing Magnet ones myself!

And Zebedee looks rather dapper in JetSetWilly's top hat:

altho pixelcount mismatch does give it a rather jaunty angle! ;)
(, Thu 22 Nov 2007, 14:23, archived)
# Whoa! These are fab!
I done made some like some of theses...

I speshully like your Hello Kitty one. It is most of the splendid
(, Thu 22 Nov 2007, 14:22, archived)
# Yay! V Nice!
I dunno whether we're allowed to use such recogniseable ones as the Hello Kitty one, but I guess that's for Rob to decide...

Nice Manic Miner BTW!
(, Thu 22 Nov 2007, 14:26, archived)
# \o/
Good point, I never thought of that. Hello Kitty is the new Prince AICMFP.
(, Thu 22 Nov 2007, 14:29, archived)
# I think the magnet would be popular
as it lends itself to great hattage.
(, Thu 22 Nov 2007, 14:24, archived)
# AH ha ha!
That is a delightful hat you've got there!
(, Thu 22 Nov 2007, 14:27, archived)
# It would also come in handy for those magnet movie title threads
eg a Tale of Two Magnets

# Either you know Disneys' Black Hole
Or ya don't, really, but dodgy as it is (Science!? Sod that! It's only for kids! Concentrate on the Fiction!), I love it!

# Hello Kitty. Win.
And the flar. They're all pretty immense mind.

But could I ever change my little bunny...

# I like Ghost, Flower, and Kitler the most...
Is there a way we can vote for the ones we like most? (Because I guess clicking "I like this!" is a vote for the whole set).
(Sorry if this is νB question. Perhaps posting each icon on its own, in this thread, would do it? Gawd, now it looks as though I'm being rude. Gak! I do like the others too!)
(, Thu 22 Nov 2007, 14:56, archived)
# I guess vote for the set and specify which you like will do!

*edit* Kitler, Lemming, Magnet, Flower and Ghost seem to be the favourites, personally I'd be happy with Kitler!
