if you are going for CS3, however, you have to get Fireworks, as there was no new release of Imageready.

oh, yeah it does, but the discs I had, if I wanted to install Imageready, i had to install PScs2 at the same timeso I would end up with both PS CS2 and CS3 on the same machine.
On a sort of related note, I have to say Adobe Audition CS3 is AWESOME!
