The reason this greeting card was rejected is that...
...circumcision is an initiation rite for Jewish newborn babies, this usually takes place in a ceremony called a Brit (or Bris) milah
which is witnessed by family and community members whereas according to Jewish law, when Jewish boys become 13 years old,
they become accountable for their actions and become a bar mitzvah.
