It started out as Yanny for me on several sources
Then it went to Laurel on one of my phones, and then everything else.
Now it's back to Yanny.
Yanny is in the higher frequencies and Laurel is in the lower ones - clicky

I don't know (I'm 43, but have good hearing in a mild hyperacusis sense)
But it's like the audio version of the spinning ballet dancer silhouette, and I can't find the trigger that makes me hear Laurel instead of Yanny and vice versa.
