I did notice some hints
in the video, he shows pewdepie singing the chorus, he mentions 'draining the swamp', the general tone of "What do you mean I can't upload your copyrighted material without asking? Why do you have rights as well as me? Why can't I just do what I want?"
This guy is a trumper/brexiteer. He regards this new law as just another sign that the EU is an institution gone mad, MAD!.

but there are many of them coming out of the woodwork lately.
It was the 'drain the swamp' line which is increasing in popularity now amongst brexiteers, just like it became popular with trumpers, that caught my eye.
Don't know any other groups that use the expression.
As I say, I always like to be wrong if I think negative things about people. It's the best reason to be wrong, I always welcome it with open arms.
