Did it at uni, first time everything felt like it was attached to me by rubber-bands, total loss the concept of anything not visible and laughing lots but not a lot else.
Second time, sat on the floor in front of a sofa, the floor raised up to become like a narrow brick alley. Everything I tried to say was gobbledegook and the people in the room kept appearing over this wall to me. After starting to come down a mate in a doorway was suddenly me, since he had his hands behind his head like I did, so logically it must be me... A while later I felt ok and went off to the loo to discover that not only did my legs not exist beyond the darkness of my trousers, but I could also see through the house and see people moving about in the lounge. Took a while to realise they couldn't see me!
Last time not a lot happened but the bluish light from the monitor out the corner of my eye turned into sky, wrapped itself right around me apart from one little sliver, through which my friend was talking to me. It seemed to be having a long-lasting effect though at that point so I stopped messing with it. Glad to say that effect went away within a couple of months after.
