It's clear enough to me,
the two gentlemen (lets call them "hat" and "hair") are in a long term relationship that has lost some of it's sparkle, but not their undying love for each other. Hair yearns for the sexual passion they once shared, but Hat just wants to sit in front of the tv and have a cuddle.
So, being brave, Hair has looked elsewhere and found another sexual suitor. This video is the culmination of events, where Hair confesses his needs to his love, through teary eyes.
Hat, well, he loves Hair so much, he's giving him his blessing.
It's a beautiful thing. No wonder all their friends are there for support.
