No science to it like you say, but it does to me so I imagine its placebo turning something off in my brain as I KNOW it works, so it therefore does? Like prayers and religion but tastier.

i knew a vegan years ago that claimed to 'trip out' on cheese
they didn't like talking about it and that's about all the info i ever got out of them.

Well there is no way
I'm going to give up cheese and all it's finery, so I still eat it then just stay up until later. It isn't a great plan, but it will have to do.
