I have never even got close to solving one of those things.
I've no idea how people manage it other than by blind luck.

I've got a 4x4 cube, and even with the tutorial I've never been able to do it. Good luck :)

Jeez Louise. And when you finally complete it
does it rearrange itself into a non-Euclidean Platonic solid & open a pathway to Hell?

My Colleague
is almost autistic in the ritual he goes through with these things, it drives me mad. no matter how much you shuffle it he comes back to his desk and without any hint of anger/frustration solves it within 3 minutes while holding a conversation with you.....
I was crap with these as a kid, so my mum and dad buy me a rubiks clock....it shattered my tiny little mind and made me the angry sociopath I am today.

I was in traction for a week as a kid.
Having a Rubik's cube nearby was worse than being medically stretched.

It's not as difficult as it seems.
You can get basically get halfway without having to learn anything special, then there are 5 moves that allow you to move pieces around without buggering up what you've already done.
Once you get past that stage there are faster ways that are more complex.
I got addicted to it one Christmas after the kids bought me one. :)
