But I owe this to this site.
A long while back someone posted a link to a pretty decent song, mentioning some compilation album it was off.
On the same album was a track "Aynotchesh Yererfu" by the Budos Band, who I REALLY liked, and got several albums of.
Then the other day I discovered it was a cover version of something from before I was born. Something Ethiopian. Enjoy.
