Thanks to tubbylittletitwitch for reminding me of this, taped it off the radio at the time and was the soundtrack to my summer in '99.

Really had forgotten how good
I was actually a bit disappointed when I heard psyence fiction after this. I mean, its a great album but it isn't as good as this.

this is the one
i've been trying get hold of - its ever so slightly different. i had it on tape for years but lost it & then when i heard the breezeblock one, it was kind of annoying because the scratches were slightly different.
