anothermy dad and his collegue called to a case, jsut a domestic and blok thier is giving a lot of agro saying "yopur not arresting me u not arresting me" ect ect
my dad tries to handcuff him and he is flailing aroudn liek a raging queen, CS spray to the eyes and its
