Can we have something in our profile settings that will deny us the ability to log in during certain, configurable times?

You could try being a dick until God naughty-steps youSeriously though, given that mods can naughty-step an account (lock it for a set time), they would probably do it for you if you made the request, although that might not be helpful if you wanted it done instantly or at repeated set times.
Failing that, just develop stronger willpower.

Or scriptify something which swaps your hosts file at certain times so the domain is no long accessible.

there's an applicationcalled Leechblock that allows you to do this with specific sites, at least for Chrome and Firefox. I'm not sure what else supports it but you could have a look around.
