I hear that...
I recently spent three hours over several days being nice to them, and got nowhere. I then phoned their manager in Belfast and stuck a load of fuck's into him. Problem resolved that day.

I earn on bonuses (from between 3 and 11k a month) so their figures are always out. I have now reached agreement with my ex to just fuck them off and do it privately.

Absolutely... !00% agreement....
Some really really nasty cow...
What about your arrears?
me : What arrears?
You have arrears
me : What arrears?
You must have arrears so what are you going to do to pay them?
me : Tell you what... If you think I have arrears and I have been paying directly, then you must have correspondence from the (vicious) ex stating so. Therefore please send me a copy of said correspondence so that i can address it.
Can't do that... Data Protection
me : That's crap and you know it... either send it to me or it will be subject to disclosure before any court hearing which I fully expect you to proceed with now... Goodbye.

Nothing else heard - Cow!!!

Olympic Class Tosspots
They called my office about me, asked for the wages clerk who wasn't in, I asked to take a message (didn't know it was the CSA at this point) when this decrepit sounding old bag reeled off all the details of how I was subject to a deduction from wages order, how much and how often, but it was now to be cancelled and they needed to let the company know. I replied that I was the person in question, I would pass on the message but written confirmation was needed, then asked if she had heard of the Data Protection Act.

Her reply- "Er, hold the line..... (2 mins later) Would you possibly be able to totally disregard this call, as if it never took place?"
Me- "Not a chance."

Took me 4 years to get an apology.

Then they came back about a year ago saying I owed them money and I must pay immediately or face Court/Jail/Deportation/Execution. I wrote back saying, quite simply, they were wrong, please check again. They wrote back saying that I was correct.

No wonder they are being closed down. Fuckwits, all of them. Ought to be horsewhipped to death. Slowly. With whips made from their own entrails. Studded with their own teeth.

Happened to me too
I spoke to them on my mobile, just outside the office where they said that they will give me 1 month to get wage slips to them. I only started 5 days before! Wanker fucking twats! I went back in and received a call asking to speak to the HR department. I said "that is you again" I asked her why she was taking the piss by calling me after promising that she will leave me alone for a month but she said it is my problem because I had not sent in paperwork, which i obviously did not have. Oh and this bit...

C U N T S ! ! ! ! ! !

My friend works in complaints at the CSA
....and even she had problems with the CSA - it took years to resolve. Says it all eh?

She says it is one of the most depressing places to work and wants to cheer herself up by moving into social work for abused people. When that is a step up, you know you are in the wrong job.
