I saw Bill Bailey at the Lowry in Salford.
He was shit.

No, really. And most of his jokes were recycled from his previous sets.

I saw him in Nottingham
and he was pretty good. But not as good as Part Troll, which I've only had the fortune of seeing on DVD.

With most comedians though?

Apart from the likes of Ross Noble and Eddie Izzard, don't most comedians tell the same jokes over and over at different shows?

If anyone has read that Bill Hicks book with excerpts from numerous shows, it is clear just how he basically wrote 1 main show and recycled it again and again (and again)...

Yes, and they are called
Bill Baileys guide to the Orchestra, so if you didn't really get what the show was going to be about you would have to be a complete retard.

I know a Newcastle comedian...
he did some of the voice overs on that recent BBC show "walk on the wild side" AND he got me free tickets to see Lee Evans last time he was in Newcastle as he often supports him, my daughter goes to sch...

Anyway, i digress - he says the same thing. He took his wife on tour with him and said it "would kill comedy for her" as u hear the same jokes over and over and jover and over and over and over.
