Religious Oasis FreaksIn highschool, a friend of mine invited me to acompany him to "Young Life," a group of jesus freak kids. He told me there would be cookies, so I agreed to go. We got there, and there were masses of kids everywhere, playing hackey sack and running around. Then it came time to sing songs. Along with some bible songs, they also sang "Wonderwall" by Oasis. I was singing Slayer. I never returned to this cult, but I was stalked by several of the regulars at school for the next 3 years, constantly being asked if I will be attending this week.
Also, there were no cookies.
