I think I did something very telling today.I was supposed to have a review today with the big huncho, but he was out of his office. I then saw him at the end of the day and he appologised, so I asked if I could reschedual for next week, and he said yes. Big huncho said "I'll bring [new manager] in on it" and I said "Maybe if it's possible to have him there for half the time?" and he smiled, winked and said 'no problem'. I'm such a sucker for a smile and wink.
