no-one else is really getting it.
Our inflation increase was 0.3% for 2 years. And much as I dislike them we've got a few fairly powerful unions doing our negotiation.

ours completely separates inflationary pay rises, statuatory progression and performance related stuff. About the only thing here that is transparent...
