I met pete doherty - not a unique experience, it seems...
he was sitting on the steps outside my uni, playing a banjo and collecting drawings (it was an art uni) in a binbag. I walked right past him, asking "Who's the twat with the banjo??!"
...I had no idea who he was.

I was on Playdays, the Playground Stop
at the tender age of about 7. Got to make sock puppets and blow paint through a straw and dance about like a tiny loon. My dreams were shattered when I discovered the singing marionette wasn't performed live, it was just a woman sitting on a chair, singing. I got to hang out with Dave Benson Phillips and Chester and eat in the BBC canteen, though. Not bad at all.

Every Christmas, after we have opened presents, my dad puts on "Fairytale in New York" by The Pogues.
I never talk while going past a monkey puzzle tree. It's bad luck.

i work on a deli counter and every now and then i go up to my colleage and slap him with big pieces of ham...
he hates that ...
wouldnt you? i can never resist a wet ham slap.. or getting the Fat from some pork and dropping it down his collar and best of all... putting wet food in his pocket.
