» I was drunk when I bought this

enough of this first post nonsense...
I once went into a charity shop while drunk, and bought an inflatable roast dinner. it was an inflatable plate with an inflatable chicken, roast potatoes and everything on it.

» The last thing that made me cry

Last time I cried
was at the funeral of a friend of mine after she killed herself. Her 13 year old son was completely emotionless until her coffin started moving behind those curtain things, at which point he tried to run after it and then collapsed onto the floor, literally howling and gasping for breath.

» Guilty Pleasures

a few,,,
I like to make sure i always have a little pad of paper and a pen with me so if i see someone interesting on a packed tube or bus I can slip a note into their pocket...has to be pre-written as theres never time to write it on the spot so I like to write one like 'Nice hat' then spend the rest of my time trying to find someone worthy of that.

Every time I'm on a plane I cannot help making up a fake life. So far I've been in cirque de soleil, a nurse for mentally disturbed people, a call girl and Ronnie Corbetts ex P.a., that one was only for the benefit of the old lady sitting next to me reading an article about him though.

And also, setting up my bed with every single remote, the biggest drink and plate of nibbles ever, a million books and magazines and seeing how long I can stay there in blissful happiness. The toilet usually wins that game.

» The last thing that made me cry

January 2004,
a guy that I used to share a house with, moved in with his boyfriend to a lovely house and they were so incredibly happy, I used to go round and we'd just spend all evening chilling out and laughing. About 2 months after that, his cough got quite bad and they told him he had lung cancer-he was a really heavy smoker.
About a month of tests and stuff later, they said his cancer had spread through his entire lymphatic system and he basically didnt have a chance but they continued to give him chemo and his hair all fell out and he was the skinniest guy I've ever seen. I had to go away for two weeks in november and when I left, he was ill but coherent and as happy as he could be. When I got back, he was laying on the bed, too weak to lift his head, and when I came in to say hi, he didn't even recognise me. He just lay there half staring at me half staring through me, then his eyes rolled back and I guess he went to sleep. He died two days after.
I've never cried so much in my life.
