A rather woosome Punk/ electro/ pop band from Japan called Plus Tech squeeze box made a song years ago called Baby P.
Its all i can think of when they mention it on the news. Rather jolly, no?
Its a fan made video by the way, so ignore that. Just listen to the ragtime goodness.
