Apologies if this an old story but the owner of this site was on radio 4 this pm and was extemely erudite and funny. Thought I'd share.

Their goal is to get scamemrs to waste as much time and money as possible. My favorite one has to be www.419eater.com/html/bigman.htm where they get the scammer to re enact the Monty Python "Dead Parrot" scetch among other things
