This is a normal post I help run a UK version of the Innocence Project which helps prisoners who believe they have been the victim of a miscarriage of justice
Most of them are in a situation where if they had admitted guilt they would now have been released.

We have at the moment a prisoner who is being kept in prison soley on the say-so of a cell-confession from a man who we can prove unequivocally lied on oath at trial, we have another prisoner who will almost certainly die in prison on the basis of a flawed statistical analysis, there being no other evidence against him.

This man is extremely lucky, lucky to have support, lucky to not have mental health problems, and lucky that his caseworkers were able to secure the services of a capable law firm.

This gives me hope that some of our cases might enjoy the same success. Great video.
