what was that then?
I'm in a mixture of moods today. I have been quite ill since Friday after giving blood. I have terrible hayfever today. I have a work meeting later about possible future redundancy and was made a job offer on Friday by someone else, which I'm keeping schtum about for the moment

A few years ago I turned out of a country junction to find my further progress halted by a small traffic jam at the front of which were a mangled van and a motorbike in the trees at the side of the road.

Went past the spot this morning and there were two fresh Bouquets tied to the tree. Must be that time of year again..

yes - I haven't manage to drive past the same spot of the accident without thinking about it yet.

Ironically, if I take the new job, I'll still likely be working where I am now but as an external consultant instead.
