[challenge entry] Conspiracy!

In the early 1970s, Blatter was elected president of the World Society of Friends of Suspenders, an organisation who tried to stop women replacing suspender belts with pantyhose.
Suspender belts, aka garters, lend their name to the Order of the Garter, awarded by the Queen, who is, as we all know, a shapeshifting reptilian Illuminatus.
The Illuminati were founded in Bavaria, part of Germany. Germany and Italy were allied for seven years (the mystic number) during 1936-1943. Fabio Capello is Italian, as is the name of Belladonna (Italian for 'Beautiful Lady'). Fabio obviously dosed Sepp Blatter with belladonna as part of mind control experiments under the pretense of a vaccination, making Blatter hallucinate that he prevented an England goal during an out-of-body experience. When he recovered, he arranged for his hallucination to become real and swayed the decision of the referee using pre-implanted subliminal suggestions.
