Someone should make a Lionel Ritchie head out of ground beef
to make this song a reality.

I told the missus we couldn't eat at KFC anymore
because ours is one of the halal trial branches.
She told me to shut up and stop being silly
And then when I should have been standing my ground, I completely forgot and ordered a lovely tasty 2 piece variety meal with a pepsi max please

Halal chickens are nicer than most
I'm quite happy to eat a chicken that has been raised according to their guidelines.

If you eat chicken anyway
then halal is a higher standard. You're not eating religion, you're eating tradition. Good food is good tradition.

There are plenty of things wrong with Islam, their treatment of chickens is not one of them.
"This method of slaughtering animals consists of a swift, deep incision with a sharp knife on the neck, cutting the jugular veins and carotid arteries of both sides but leaving the spinal cord intact. The method is believed to cause minimal suffering to the animal as it cuts off the blood supply to the brain hence the pain center]. Furthermore it causes all the blood from the animal to gush out leaving negligible amounts of blood remaining in the body, the principle being that blood is a good medium for germs."
