Sometimes you can tweak how a font appears in tattyshop by stretching/reducing the dimensions manually until it *fits* sorta.

I don't have PS - I've got a clunky version of GIMP. I have little to no idea of what the various tools do, and they seem only to work about 74% of the time anyway...
