Firewire 800 was a pain.I shelled out nearly a grand on a new computer, which only came with Firewire 800 while my old one had firewire 400, so my hard drive and camera required new cables. Oy!

Well yes, but, erm, I'm not proud to admit this, but my computer was an iMacWhich I bought in an apple store, so *cough* the bloke convinced me to shell out for these two obscenely priced apple branded ones...
