On my way to the tram this morning (walking through a dark park area),I encountered a very big man in a training suit walking a tiny, tiny dog. Its body (the dog's) wasn't bigger than that of a big rat. It was very young and it looked like it had only just learned to walk. When the dog stumbled up to me curiously, wagging its tail, and didn't respond to his shouting immediately, he started cursing and shouting.
He clearly didn't have any patience whatsoever for what looked to me like a baby dog and expected it to listen to him instantly. He grabbed the dog in his large hand while continuing to shout FUCKING DOG. I really despair for people and I hope the dog will have a relatively normal life.
