you don't need extra frames to change the timing, you just go to the time thing under each frame and adjust it. right click non the current amount of time and choose/input a new one.

if you already have multiple identical frames for timing purposes, remove them and adjust the time in this way and it'll bring the filesize down - probably not by much, but a little.

edit: ignore me, I didn't fully comprehend what was meant. you could easily trim off all the browser bits to reduce the filesize a fair bit.
