It doesn't yetBut in version 1.2 of the Digestinator (we're on 1.1 right now) we plan to have self-cleaning spasms. In 1.3 we're gonna get the controlling thingy to make amusing noises, one of which is a burp for the cleaning spasms. Most of it is licking and smacking noises though.
