half an hour for a hot dog once.

then they had the nerve to charge me.
needless to say I wrote a mightily annoyed letter to them and the gave me some free stuff.

ask them how long it'll be.
If it takes longer than they say then complain, they'll usually give you soem free stuff then, so always ask how long it'll take if they ask you to wait.
