It's just turned high noon here in Australia.

I'm doomed to post in the UK's wee hours. :(

# I know the feeling
Was talking to a cobber of yours called "Beef flap" earlier but I don't know where he's gone to. I have it worse tho - post in the wee small hours when no-one sees it, gets mistaken for an American, and some loony Scotsman at a nuke power plant mistakes me for a female and tries to chat me up!

# random sleepy question..
is snog an australian word ?
(, Thu 11 Jul 2002, 3:03, archived)
# I'm not sure ...
It's recognised in Australia, but I always thought it came from the UK.

[Edit]Fun fact of the day: A Google Image search seems to indicate that "snog" is Danish for "snake".

# From what I saw on you Big Brother
the Auzzie word for "snog" is "pash"
(, Thu 11 Jul 2002, 3:14, archived)
# Yes
"Pash" is more commonly used. I think we get "snog" from watching British comedies.

# Not to be a a know-it-all, but...
penguins and polar bears live on seperate hemispheres.

# True
and I also have it on good authority that penguins don't jump quite that well. Call it artistic licence. ;)
