# Yes have to export frames as gifs from Flash
THEN play in Image Ready and lossy it a bit.
I loses all the frame rate info of course - Any ideas on how to set the global frame rate without having to select all the frames in the animation viewer one by one then set the delay?

I cheat slightly by making the anim in barbarossa (free)which is dead easy and then load it into imageready for fine tuning and optimizing, might not be right but works for me

# just set the frame delay on the first frame
before you import al the others, i think it will then make all imported frames that length too

# select all of the frames in the frame-viewer
by selecing frame 1 and then hold down shift and select the last one.
You can then set the delay for all frames in one go
:)
you should delete your RED-X post below... keep the board tidy.
