For a still image, about 50Kb filesize
And not quite so large in size! (For the poor peasents on dial-up, you see!)

Export JPEG optimiser, and have a play around with the compression value, etc.

mmm, corsets
but some advice - pictures larger than 280px wide wont get front paged; pics over 200kb shouldn't be posted directly to the board (though yours isn't as large as that); when posting pictures from MSN, remove the characters after the file extension (beginning with a question mark) as this will enable file caching and will make the board load quicker when you refresh
