my mate is working on a system thatwill unify cd rips from different pressings of the cd so that in kazaa et all you have 1 file with 1000users instead fo the other way round... he's quite obsessed by it. the tiny differences in pressings are apparently very sublte but enough to stop the hashing being the same.. apparently
