possibly because the picture is huge?

# that's be the dimensions of the image being over 2000 pixels wide.
If you resize the image to say 4 or 500 pixels wide and save it with maybe 50% quality it would be maybe 50k and you could link to the big one like you have done.
Well done adding the shadows in btw.
