It is, of course, A giant snail with an aeroplane's tail on a bail to which a nail holds an exam fail, in the background a whale in a pale next to some kale and a golf sale at a jail advertised on a boat sail from which emerges dan quayle in a veil on a rail while Dale dressed as Dorothy Gail checks his mail while drinking some pale ale in a storm of hail
