nice to see my armchair-soldier skills are still up to scratch.

The Steyr AUG is a pretty damn good rifle (don't start banging on about how guns kill ppl and ergo all are bad - I just mean in terms or performance etc) and the Aussies get it. We get that cheap SA80 piece of crap that seems to jam at the first sign of sand.
