yup,a period drama set in a phonebooth, it characterises the troubles facing two young women from an aristocratic family beset by hard times and dwindling funds as they grow into adulthood within the backdrop of Middle Earth.
Eddie Murphy return to old form as the now chronically depressed Axel Foley. His tales of daring and one too many stip joints provide a poignant jux de position to the light hearted, but ultimately fatal, problems of the two young protagonists.
