If you tell us the flight numberwe can track it on the flight tracker at trip.com and form a global karmic support network. I think Jiva has the instructions for one of those.

uhm....it's easyjet!! (i know the shame! - but they did buy a load of new planes, maybe i'll be on one of those... but hang on, new products have teething trouble don't they? oh shit now i don't know if i feel better or worse for new planes!)
