nopei don't mind it fucking up my games or the console dying or ANYTHING. these things happen. but their tech support are rude and obnoxious.
whereas with Xbox's tech support, one tiny little thing wrong with it (that turned out there was nothing wrong with it anyway) they sent me a BRAND NEW XBOX within a week. no warranty, no guarantee. i even told them i bought it second hand and they still replaced it free of charge. now THAT'S customer service.
