# I guess
if you can really call a place that was founded 200 years ago a 'country'. It's more of a fad at this stage.

# This!
Ver' ver' true.

On a 'merica related topic. I've been to America twice now, I was really desperate to come home each time I went. Just not a friendly place. I don't think I'd go again.

I've probably just offended a lot of nice Americans, I'm sure there are some and I'm sorry to those ones, I just didn't meet any while I was there.
(, Wed 21 Sep 2005, 21:45, archived)
# Then dont come..
IN all sincerity, I have to say that, as an American, I find it hard to believe that you found this country "not a friendly place."

But then, now that I think on it: You were probably a right arrogant cunt and deserved it.

Here is my proof: I am currently housing a soon to be Ex-Pat Brit who is moving over here in November. I have many British friends, many of whom actually work for the UK at the UK Embassy here in DC. They all love it here and more than one of them is planning on staying once their tour of duty is over.

So perhaps your arrogance made your trip less than enjoyable. Yes, I think thats it. Now go get yourself a curry chip and a kebab and shut up...oh, and stay the fuck home.

Cheers!
