# i don't know if you've heard of them over there but
he looks a bit like a jibba jabba.
He used to say jibba jabba meaning nonsense but there's a toy for kids in the last 5 or 10 years called a jibba jabba which is basically a stick with a head on top that wobbled around when you shook it and make a 'jibba jabba' kind of noise as you shook it.
