Did you even try to make it smaller?It's very nice, don't take this as a criticism but you could've reduced the actual size to about 300 pixels, turned of dithering, reduced colours a bit - 100K easy I reckon.

cheers, i think I was too lateas I'd already animated it and then tried to reduce size. I imagine it's best to do that beforehand, and I couldn't be arsed.
