[challenge entry] Kinder Shock

Not kinder surprise, kinder shock.
Crap joke from 8 out of 10 cats.
What if instead of making kinder surprise, they made kinder shock. The kid opens the egg and out pops the severed head of a mouse. Waaa! Voila, kinder shock.

Edit: Of course, its a pearoast. Meh. Deadyolk by Ad7 should win this compo right now.
